1. How did you get into Dragon Age?

My irl best friend/life person Madie aka @cullenruthernerds was talking to me about it towards the start of quarantine and then by the end of that month I was obsessed.

8. Preferred class overall?

Mage. Easily. If a genie came up to me in my actual life and offered to grant me one wish it would be to be a mage. I want to cast fire/ice/electricity and heal people wtf thats... so cool.

41. Who did you romance in your first playthrough for each game?

DAO: Alistair Theirin my husband. And as long as I meet him first in game I just don't think I could ever romance anyone else. I fall in love with him instantly.

DA2: Fenris. This one is 100% @pikapeppa's fault. I read her DAI fics and wanted more and was like "okay i'll read about this guy fenris, sure, never played da2" and I think I was gone from that moment. THANKS PIKA YOU LIL GOBLIN ILUUUU.

DAI: Cullen. BUT!!!!!! It's my friend Madie's doing. She told me to do that romance bc it would be the fluffiest and cutest and bc apparently she's a Cullen serial-mancer and has done it like 12 times. If I had been left to my own device I would have flirted with and fallen for Solas from the get-go. But I was attracted to both of them. My second playthrough I romanced Solas and I have no regrets on either.

99. Where would you live (Fereldan, Orlais, Free Marches etc?)

Oooh, uhm okay so I would want to live in Rivain. Or obviously Arlathan if it was an option. But I'm like 75% sure I'd probably just be boring and would end up actually living in Fereldan.

ok so i really love ziam, but more as a side ship yk? like i’ve only ever read one or two fics with ziam as the main pairing, so yeah. with zukka however it’s a main pairing thing for me, so i’m gonna have to go with zukka!!

my favourite shows are b99(god tier), sherlock (THE BEST SHOW EVER MADE OH MY GOD), and a bunch of cooking and baking shows!! i’ve recently been rewatching all of sugar rush and it’s spin offs :) hbu?

if i ever met louis..... oh boy. i simply wouldn’t know how to act. i’d like try to not start crying on sight but JXKSKW u never know. if i did get to speak with him, i’d tell him that his music always inspires me and cheers me up and whenever i’m having a bad day. i’d also say that i’m really proud of him for being so strong and courageous, and never giving up on his dreams! i’m 99% sure i won’t be able to form a proper sentence around him but IZIKSLW i can always dream😌

The Great Bakugou Bake-Off

Uraraka isn’t sure when she starts thinking of Bakugou Katsuki as her rival, but somewhere along the way she gets ridiculously competitive with him. She has a fascination with him she can’t quite seem to shake.

And she doesn’t just want to compete with him… she wants to defeat him. Completely.

Even though she knows he’ll hate that.

Actually, she thinks that’s part of the fun.

It’s starts off with training. She wants to train as hard as he does… wants to spend as much extra time outside of classes honing her skills. Eventually she wants to beat him in a match, or rather… a rematch, since he did beat her once before, but she realizes early on she’s going to have to start smaller.

Classes. Okay, admittedly, Bakugou has no idea Uraraka is trying to score higher than him on their exams, but Uraraka still tries… tries and fails. At the very least, she doesn’t fail her exams, but she certainly doesn’t beat Bakugou.

So she has one more plan. One more way she can best Bakugou for the time being. Eventually she’ll beat him in a rematch, but for now… she will have the great satisfaction of beating him in… baking!

Bakugou probably doesn’t realize they’re rivals yet, but Uraraka knows the explosive boy will never back down from a challenge.

“Bakugou-kun!” she calls out, catching him walking by the common room. He’s rarely out of him room when he’s at the dorms, so she takes this as her grand opportunity. “I challenge you to a bake-off!” she says, pointing at him.

He stares at her for a moment and blinks. “Oi. Why the fuck would I do that?”

She folds her arms. “Because,” she smirks, “I know you would never run away from any kind of challenge.”

His face twitches and she knows he’s not going to say no.

“Great!” she cheers and starts walking towards their kitchen. She texts the best person she could think of to be their judge.

“If you think you’re going to beat me Round Face, you’re more of a fuckin’ moron than I thought you were.”

Sato greets them in the kitchen, arms folded over his chest. “Wow! You actually got him to agree.” Uraraka smiles proudly.

“Shut up!” Bakugou hisses. “I’m not gonna fucking lose.”

“The rules are simple,” Sato begins. “You each have thirty minutes to bake a cupcake! I’ll try them both and I’ll choose which one tastes better. There’s a recipe there, but you don’t have to follow it.”

Bakugou smirks, his face pulling into an evil grin as he stares intently at the ingredients in front of him.

“AND GO!” Sato yells.

Uraraka scans the ingredients and starts to mix stuff together. First flour, then eggs, and maybe… some vegetable oil?

Okay… admittedly she’s never really baked before, but how hard could it be?! There’s a recipe right in front of her telling her how much of each thing to put in. There’s no way she’ll mess this up.

She glances to the side, noticing Bakugou is actually… taking his time?! His eyes scan the book and he cracks open an egg, mixing it into the bowl, albeit a little aggressively. His mixture certainly looks better than hers. His looks smooth and creamy… hers… looks… like a junkyard of ingredients, all smashed in a bowl together.

He’s taking this so… seriously. He looks cute like this, and she can’t help but blush.

Bakugou catches her eye and raises his eyebrow. “Heh. You’ve never fucking done this before have you, Round Face?”

“I-I have!” she stammers. “This is part of my process!”

He clicks his tongue, rolling his eyes as he turns back to his own mixture.

She hurriedly finishes mixing her ingredients together, and the two pour their mixtures into their respective tins.

They sit in an awkward silence while they both wait for their cupcakes to be done.

The oven dings, and both of them frost their cupcakes with Sato’s homemade frosting, pushing the finished treats towards him.

First, he takes a bite out of Bakugou’s. “Mm!” he hums. “This is AMAZING, Bakugou-san!” he smiles, cupping his cheek. “I’m impressed!”

Next, he picks up Uraraka’s. “Hm…” he says. “Not bad, not bad… but unfortunately, I have to give it to Bakugou, Uraraka-san. His was a bit sweeter!”

“HAH!” Bakugou yells, mini explosions crackling in his hand.

“Hmph!” She puffs out her cheeks. Really, she should’ve expected it. Does he have to be good at everything!?

Well, it seems she’s lost. Just another thing to add to her practice list. She will best Bakugou, somehow, someday!

“I dunno what the hell you were thinking, challenging me like that!” he scoffs, walking down the hall towards his dorm.

She shrugs. “I wanted to prove I can beat you at something!”

“Fucking never,” he snorts.

“Oh just you wait,” she smiles, looking up at his red eyes. “Honestly, I’m just happy you took my challenge seriously,” she says.

His cheeks flush a little. Cute. “‘Course I fucking would! I can’t have you walking around telling people I turned down a challenge I knew I could win.”

She rolls her eyes. “Still… thank you.”

Staring at his blushing cheeks, she is suddenly hit with a way she can best him.

Standing on her toes, she leans up and brushes their lips together. It’s a gentle peck, but she leans into it, smiling when she pulls back.

Bakugou is blinking, clearly unable to say a word.

“I guess I win after all,” she smirks, leaving him standing completely red faced in the hall.

She still wants to challenge him to rematch, in fighting or baking, but for now…

She thinks this is quite the success.
